Green

The Green District was created to support the rapid expansion of the capital. High population density and the resulting necessary development has consumed enormous resources and created a need for a new city district, and a new way of living.

Once a vast woodland, the area was transformed using the latest environmental technologies and renewable resources to build a sustainable, eco-friendly community. The quarter’s economy thrives on the cultivation of fast-growing bamboo and the production of solar panels with integrated energy storage systems.

Every building here is made from ecological wooden materials. Surrounded by greenery—from expansive parks to rooftop gardens—the Green District offers a healthy, balanced environment with its own self-sustaining microclimate. Designed to live in harmony with nature, the Green District will continue to grow sustainably for generations to come.
